Scandinavian route slightly changed. Heading east through Sweden now. Update to follow...
The route came together fairly spontaneously. Initially a longer, more sustainable route was the idea (less flying!) but this was in the end not feasible. Apart from the rough idea you see here, no particular routes are planned within countries. So the lay out might well change. We'll keep you posted.

We are hoping to cover as much distance as possible on our bikes, however there are quite a few ferry, train and plane journeys to look forward to, see placemark descriptions on map. How much transport we will use in addition to what's marked on the map will all depend on how our legs perform and feel.
